• Room requests made as part of class are based on double occupancy

• Random pairing unless specified in registration

• Participants choosing single room agree to pay half of room cost & tax each night

• Hotels require guests to place credit card on file for incidentals (charges other than room & tax)

• Debit cards accepted; $25-$100 in may be held for up to 2 weeks, even without a charge.

• Room provided night prior to class for participants with one-way drive time more than 2 hours
